Fox Baseball Saturday: June 28 2008
Like last week, Fox is broadcasting just two games for its week 13 Game of the Week. Both games air in high definition at 3:30 PM EST regardless of their target market.
This MLB Fox Saturday features two inter-city matchups in inter-league play, which should make for some inter-esting baseball. Both Chicago teams face each other on Saturday while at the same time both New York teams do the same.
Those not taking the L or the Subway to the game can catch it on Fox at 3:30 PM EST in high definition. Here’s the market breakdown:
| Fox High Definition Game of the Week June 28 | |||
| DESCRIPTION | BROADCASTERS | COVERAGE | |
Chicago Cubs at Chicago White Sox |
Thom Brennaman & Mark Grace | 58% | |
|
|||
| New York Yankees at New York Mets | Joe Buck, Tim McCarver | 41% | |

Fox won’t do like ESPN and air Cubs-White Sox on the entire network. As a result their Saturday game won’t go to Charlotte (Sox’ top farm club) and Pittsburgh (Cubbies’ division rival).
Frank Sinatra is rolling in his grave.
