Fox NFL Coverage Info: Week 1
Fox’s regional broadcast schedule for Week 1 of the NFL has been released, and while there are no pictures, Fox has provided detailed market breakdowns for each game.
Like their MLB Game of the Week, Fox has taken to listing the markets in which each game is available along with the broadcasters and what percentage of US markets will receive each game.
The 1 PM EST Fox slot features four games to be broadcast across the nation. The game with the most market share is the Buccaneers vs the Saints, going out to 35% of American homes.
The 4:15 game only features three games, but with a less even distribution. The Cowboys vs the Browns will be broadcast to 85% of the US, leaving the other two games with a mere 7% each.
Look for more of these updates in the future as Fox continues to broadcast its full NFL season in high definition.

Fox is stupid. Why do they think that everyone is in love with the dallas cowboys and the cleveland browns. I live in california almost half way between SF and AZ, so logic would suggest that i get those teams. No, not fox, lets show you a game you could care less about. I wish all those stupid people that make these decisions would get a map out, then maybe they will get a clue.

That list has to be wrong. Look at the markets not receiving the other two 4:15pm games. You’re telling me Charlotte & San Diego won’t be receiving the Panthers game and Phoenix & San Francisco won’t get the Cardinals game?

Why in the world would Fox show Falcons vs Lions in KNOXVILLE, TN instead of the great Saints vs Tampa Bay game? Do they really think there are a bunch of Falcons fans in Knoxville? Or does this have something to do with the Titans?

The Phoenix Fox affiliate would be contractually bound to show the Cards-49ers game since it is a road game.

Similarly, of course, for Charlotte.

They think everyone is in love with the Cowgirls because they are.

Fox is retarted. Nobody in Austin, TX cares about the Rams or the Eagles. Especially Jess Cochran! Shoal Creek is where I be.

Take Chicago out of TB/NO, they’re now getting DET/ATL.

The markets listed above are incorrect in several areas for the 4:15ET games. Austin is getting DAL/CLE for example and not CAR/SD. There are several other errors listed as well.

The information we have posted here is directly from Fox Sports, but it does appear that local affiliates have changed and will likely continue to change their coverage information. To see the latest coverage information AND MAPS for Sundays games on CBS and Fox, read our latest NFL kickoff Post

The Eagles and Cowboys are both in the NFC East, which is why Fox will air Rams-Eagles in Austin.

Why is Richmond seeing Arizona Cardinals vs San Francisco 49ers?

Cleveland Vs. Dallas has the best commentators and the 2 biggest fan bases. browns backers are all over the nation and dallas is a great team
