Hurricane Ike Causes NFL to Shuffle Schedule

For those of you living under a rock (or glued to your high definition television sets for Saturday College Football) the Ravens vs. Texans game for Week 2 has been canceled. While it was originally bumped to Monday night, the league has been forced to cancel the game due to severe damage to Reliant Stadium caused by Hurricane Ike.

The Ravens will travel to Houston on November 9 at 1:00 PM ET during Week 10, which originally was the Raven’s bye week. The Texans were scheduled to play the Bengals that week, but the game will be moved to Week 8 on October 26 at 4:05 PM ET, which was a bye week for both the Bengals and Texans.
