2008-09 NBA Regional HD Coverage Summary
Well it is better late than never, but we have finally gotten the 2008-2009 NBA season updated. We owe another HUGE debt of gratitude to homcom, who has compiled a detailed spreadsheet of the television coverage for all games.
Below is a team by team summary of the number of high definition NBA games that will be broadcast regionally in each market. We have also indicated the number of games that will be available on a national network for games that are not scheduled for a regional broadcast.

Atlanta Hawks: (FSN South and SportSouth)
- Away: 5 regional HD games
- Home: 19 regional HD games
Boston Celtics: All Games in HD (CSN New England)
- Away: 36 regional HD games with additional 5 that are not broadcast regionally that will be in HD on a national network
- Home: 34 regional HD games with additional 7 that are not broadcast regionally that will be in HD on a national network
Charlotte Bobcats: (FSN Carolinas and SportSouth)
- Away: 3 regional HD games (all on FSN Carolinas)
- Home: 13 regional HD games
Chicago Bulls: All Games in HD (CSN Chicago, WCIU and WGN)
- Away: All 41 games will be broadcast in HD on regional networks
- Home: 35 regional HD games with the other 6 games that will not be broadcast on regional network available in HD on a national network
Cleveland Caveliers: (FSN Ohio)
- Away: 33 regional HD games with additional 5 games that are not broadcast regionally available on national HD network (3 away games not available in HD)
- Home: 33 regional HD games with additional 7 games that are not broadcast regionally available on national HD network. (1 game not be available in HD)
Dallas Mavericks: All Games in HD (KTXA, FSN Southwest and HDNet)
- Away: 34 regional HD games with the other 7 that are not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network
- Home: 37 regional HD games with the other 4 that are not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network
Denver Nuggets: (Altitude)
- Away: 4 regional HD games
- Home: 36 regional HD games with the other 5 that are not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network.
Detroit Pistons: (FSN Detroit)
- Away - 22 regional HD games with an additional 6 games that are not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network
- Home: 29 regional HD games with additional 6 that are not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network
Golden State Warriors: (CSN Bay Area)
- Away: 10 regional HD games with an additional 4 games that are not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network
- Home: 30 regional HD games with an additional 2 games that are not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network
Houston Rockets: (FSN Houston)
- Away: 10 confirmed regional HD games with several still not confirmed one way or the other
- Home: 31 regional HD games with 1 addditional game that is not broadcast regionally available in HD on national network
Indiana Pacers: (FSN Indiana)
- Away: 9 regional HD games
- Home: 6 regional HD games
LA Clippers: (FSN Prime Ticket and KTLA)

- Home: All 40 regional home games on CSN Philadelphia are in HD, with one additional game not broadcast regionally that will be available in HD on TNT.
Phoenix Suns: All Games in HD (KUTP and FSN Arizona)
- Away: 36 regional HD games on KUTP with the other 5 games that will not be broadcast regionally available in HD on a national network
- Home: 34 regional HD games with the other 7 games that will not be broadcast regionally available in HD on a national network
Portland Trail Blazers: (CSN Northwest and KGW)
- Away: 2 regional HD games
