Royals HD on FSN Kansas City
This baseball season, MASN will broadcast 80 Orioles and Nationals High Definition games and FSN Kansas City will broadcast select games for the Royals in HD. This means that all MLB teams will have some local games broadcast in high def, as the Orioles, Nationals and Royals were the three hold outs from last year.
According to today’s announcement regarding MASN HD Nationals and Orioles Broadcasts:
The 80 games in HD will be evenly split between the Nationals and Orioles and will include the first available home game for both teams. The Orioles host Tampa Bay on March 31 and the Nationals’ are at home April 7 against the Florida Marlins.
MASN’s HD schedule includes key match-ups with the Yankees, Mets, Red Sox and Braves, as well as the Phillies, Dodgers, Cubs, Cardinals, Marlins and Rays. The network will provide HD telecasts for all six inter-league games between the Nationals and Orioles.

FSN Kansas City is entering the first season of a new, long-term agreement as the exclusive television home of Kansas City Royals baseball. FSN Kansas City will televise 140 regular season games and two spring training contests in 2008 for the ost expansive Royals television schedule ever. Every regular season telecast will be surrounded by the Royals Live pregame and postgame shows, and for the first time select Royals games will be produced in High Definition.
