Why would Stanford/Texas (Pacific/Central time zone teams) get an early game and Villanova/Kansas (Eastern/Central time zone teams) get the late game? Doesn't seem to maximize potential viewers to me.

Primary coverage means that they will start with that game and focus on it, but will go to the other coverage if it becomes a more competitive match-up.

Constant coverage means that they are sticking with the designated game from beginning to end.

Swing coverage is somewhere inbetween, where they will be sticking with the designated game, but may cut away to the second game at critical times.
