2009 NLCS Schedule
The NLCS will start later this week and will be exclusively offered on TBS. In a rematch from last year the Los Angeles Dodgers will take on the Philadelphia Phillies. The Dodgers have home field based off their better regular season record.
I have not been to a Dodger game since Eric Gagne was there, but I have not seen a baseball stadium rock like Dodger Stadium when he would sprint out of the bullpen. From what my friends in Southern California are saying about this team the city is more behind it than any other team since Fernandomania. I am not sure that I believe it, but after watching the games it does appear that Dodger fans are very energized right now.
Last year the Phillies took the NLCS in five games, so it will be interesting. The schedule is below. Look here for the ALCS Schedule. The full MLB schedule is also here including the dates for the world series.
