2009 Stanely Cup Final Schedule in HD
The quest for the cup is about to come to an end, and NBC will begin their coverage this Saturday and Sunday with games one and two. There will be five games broadcast in high definition on NBC and two games on versus. Games three and four will be broadcast on VS, and we still feel it is a shame that the cup could be lifted on VS (in the case of a sweep).
All games will be in HD in canada on CBC and RDS.
Here are the dates and times for the games. The only time that is still TBD is the Sunday game. Our best guess is that the game will begin at 8 because that is when the rest of the games begin (also they have a night game the night before so don’t look for an afternoon game). It will be updated when there is a final time for that game.
**Game 2 will in fact begin at 8. It looks like the NHL just wanted to avoid possibly going head to head with a Lakers Nuggets game 7. Since that series is over it is now official and there will not be any NBA competition for that time slot.
