New Website Management
HDSportsGuide is under new management, which explains why for the last few weeks you have seen either nothing on the front page, or a golf event that may or may not have been going on at that time. Well, there are a lot of things to talk about that have been going on in the world of HD sports. To make up for the lost time, I will condense it into a few blurbs.
The NBA Playoffs are started. That means we are going to get Craig Sager’s technicolor suits in HD basically for the next 40 nights.
The NHL Playoffs are also underway, which means the guide is going to have more Canadians and Canadiens than ever before. The playoff schedules are being put on the guide as updates are available.
The NFL Schedule was released, and we know for certain that the Detroit Lions new logo will suffer it’s first loss on September 13, in the Superdome, on Fox in High definition. This will be posted as soon as we get caught up on the MLB Schedules
Yes Network has gone national through verizon FiOs. But you still can’t see the Yankees or Nets games unless you live in their “Home” area. They are going to be giving alternate programming. Basically making this a non-story. Thanks for the tip Rob.
Comcast added 27 HD Channels including Universal Sports, which will be covering the London Marathon live at 4:00 AM eastern. That much smog and sweat in HD should make it worth the early wake up. . . right?
Well those are a few notes from the last few weeks. Posts will come much more frequently from here on out. Also, we are hard at work getting updated HD MLB schedules, and as we get them we will post them. The Angel’s local schedule is up, and will be followed by all the other teams as we get the information formatted.
Thanks for your patience, and we hope you stick around.

Ok great – the Guide is back. We were wondering what was going on for a bit, but glad to see things are up and going again.

YES may be national, but you won’t get to see CC Sabathia or anyone else unless you live in the NY area. Games will be blacked out if you don’t live in the Yankees or Nets markets.
