Thanksgiving Day Football Schedule
There is nothing better than eating turkey then sitting down and watching thanksgiving day football. The NFL and college football both have match ups that with make your mouths water (hopefully). There is nothing better than firing up the HDTV and sitting around with family and enjoying some good football. Hopefully we can all avoid injuries in our turkey bowls and have a great day.
Tom in the comment section has actually got me excited about the Packers at Lions game. The Lions played the most entertaining game of last week, and Matthew Stafford did not play when the Packers shut them out last time. The Giants vs Broncos game should also be fun, but the Raiders at Cowboys game may end 3-0 with a last second kick at the end of overtime the way those two offenses are playing. That, combined with turkey may make it impossible to watch.

As for college football the only football game on thanksgiving is between #3 Texas and Texas A&M. Texas A&M has been very up and down so this game could be interesting or a snoozer. I’ll for sure be checking it out though.

You know what you’re right. The Packers at Lions game should be pretty entertaining. The Packers have proven they can’t close games out against Tampa Bay and San Fransisco. And the Lions although they are only 2-8 are playing teams tough.
Last time the Packers played the Lions though it was 26-0 so we’ll have to see.

Stafford sat out that game though. Culpepper couldn’t hit a receiver if his life depended on it.

Stafford didn’t sit out. He wasn’t even in the NFL during that game.
