PGA Tour: AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am HD Schedule

Pebble Beach is perhaps the most famous golf course in the United States for its beauty and tradition. The course has hosted four US Opens, a fifth this year in June as well as being home to the Bing Crosby Clambake every year since 1947. For the first three rounds PGA tour pros are partnered with celebrities and CEO’s as the pro-amateur pair compete over three courses, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Spyglass Hill Golf Course, and Monterrey Peninsula Golf Club. The final round is played on Pebble Beach Golf Links where only the top 60 professionals and top 25 pro-amateur teams make the cut. The celebrity list this year includes Tom Brady, Tony Romo, Ray Romano, and Bill Murray. The complete list of celebrities competing can be found here.

CBS returns to golf coverage this weekend after an exciting Super Bowl Sunday. The HD coverage is typical for the PGA Tour. The Golf channel broadcasts the first two rounds as well as early round coverage on the weekend before giving way to CBS golf for its national broadcast. Expect a heavy dose of Ray Romano on Saturday at Pebble Beach as this has been the norm for the last few years. The Saturday coverage will typically consist of breathtaking views of the golf course and Monterrey coast line, a barrage of amateur golf, and little professional coverage. For the golf purists, Sunday provides a return to golf normalcy as the tournament coverage concludes with a return to focusing on the PGA tour pros.
