PGA Tour: Waste Management Phoenix Open HD Schedule
Apologies to those golf fans without cable or satellite, this week’s Waste Management Phoenix Open marks the return of golf coverage exclusively on the golf channel. With NBC carrying the Winter Olympics and CBS carrying NCAA basketball it’s pretty easy to understand the decision to not show this tournament on network television over the weekend. In recent years this tournament has been held on Super Bowl Weekend and drew record crowds especially on Saturday. Many fans favor the 16th hole with its raucous environment and stadium feel to the short par 3. Expect a smaller turnout and a deserving but lesser known player to win this week.
