The Stanley Cup Championship has arrived. Starting on Saturday, May 24, the last 7 game series of the Stanley Cup Playoffs begins, pitting the Detroit Red Wings vs the Pittsburgh Penguins. Versus HD will carry the first two games of the series, and NBC will broadcast the possible five remaining games.

The NHL Stanley Cup Conference Finals are set to begin Thursday, May 8th. The complete schedule has been released, including the starting times and channels for all games leading up to the Finals.

The second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs starts Thursday, April 24th. Assuming some 7 game series, the Stanley Cup Conference Semifinals will continue through May 7th.

The 2008 Stanley Cup Playoffs are set to begin April 9th and run through June 9th (Yes, JUNE!). The first round schedule has been released, and several games will be available in high definition nationally and on regional sports networks (RSN). As additional information is released, we will continue to update our NHL HD Schedule.

The last game of the 2008 NHL regular season is on April 6, and NBC will be airing their first NHL Playoff game in HD on April 12.
